There is a blue door
With a steel lion’s head knocker
Knots are in my stomach
I look upon the face of the lion
I must be brave
Tentatively, I reach out my soft hand to the knocker
My fingers resting on the half circle of iron
Slowly I lift the half circle and press it gently
Against the door and then again, a little harder
The door opens
